The ocean view is almost due north, which along the Dominical coastline is a bit of an anomaly. The coastline here is diagonal, which puts the pacific ocean towards the southwest - generally.
So much depends on the topography of the specific area you are talking about in this unique area of Costa Rica. With this property, the view is westerly, with a pinch of north thrown in as well, all of which adds up to very promising, year round sunsets, which have a way of penetrating down to the marrow of one's soul and convincing them that "right now" is rather important after all.
Ok, so that deals with the ocean views, as well as the sunsets. Now, look inland and you'll see an amazing expanse of Costa Rica jungle, rivers, farmland, and one very gorgeous waterfall on the far ridge.

The lot is located in Costa Verde, which is, in my humble estimation, simply the finest of the developments in the Domincal, Uvita, Ojochal zone.
The access road is paved on the steeper parts, thanks to the developer, and all around the acreage of this development the developer, let's call him "Terry" for the sake of simplicity, has taken it upon himself to make sure that the former areas that were mono culture re-forestation, are now a natural mix of indigenous trees that offer habitat to all manner of Costa Rican wildlife.
The building site is well described in the accompanying photos. There is plenty of room for a main house, guest house and a pool. The gardening possibilities are off the scale.

Current Road Status: Well maintained gravel road for the first half of the drive up from the coastal highway, then paved, then back to gravel for the internal roads of the development.
