Altamira de Pavones is in the South Pacific zone of Costa Rica, a fast-growing area which adds to the investment value and desirability of this property. The farm offers views to the Golfo Dulce, and within 2 km the way the bird flies to the water. Pavones is a surf destination with one of the worlds best left hand waves that can be ridden up to nearly 2 minutes when the swell is pumping!

The government is improving an airstrip within very close proximity to the property, just across the bay there is a major marina project under construction in Golfito, among'st several other smaller projects that add value, and appreciation to any investment in the area rimming the Golfo Dulce.
