Perez Zeledon Mountain Cabin with Space to Build and Huge Views
1 Bed|1 Bath|50m²
Perez Zeledon, San Jose
LOCATION: Perez Zeledon, San Jose
The cabin at the top features a kitchen and living room area, with bathroom and upstairs bedroom loft. The high ceiling and large windows capture the incredible views from inside. There is an unfinished patio/barbecue area off the side that just needs a roof installed. The spring-fed water source offers great-tasting and pure water. The property borders a public road.
There are three other building sites on the property where additional cabins could be constructed, offering income potential.
The property is located in the area known as Alto Santa Marta, just above the very popular ex-pat neighborhoods of Miravalles and Quebradas. The drive into San Isidro de El General is only about 15 minutes and to the beach, about an hour. The public road provides good access, as does the internal gravel road that provides easy access to all sections of the property.
The property is located at an altitude of around 1,200 meters (3,937 feet), offering as good of a micro-climate as you'll find. Temperatures during the days are in the low to mid 70's (F.) and at night can dip into the low 60's.
San Isidro de El General is the second-largest city outside of the GAM of the central valley (the area that includes San Jose, Alajuela, Heredia, and Cartago). Here you can find anything you need, including great public and private medical care, numerous shopping and dining choices, and even a mall with cinema!
San Isidro has the largest farmer’s market in the region. Expats at the beach find it necessary to make frequent trips to San Isidro for provisions or services they cannot find at the beach. In short, living within minutes of San Isidro is simply more convenient.
If you want to eat, drink, shop, pay prices, immerse in authentic Tico culture, and be surrounded by verdant green flora and diverse fauna, then this cabin with views and additional building sites in the gorgeous mountains of Perez Zeledon could definitely be the right choice for you.
