The kitchen is designed with granite countertops, modern appliances and space to prepare meals and snacks. An island allows you to just have a quick breakfast there or set dishes out for guests buffet style. Once you get to know your neighbors and make friends in the area, this whole floor become a beautiful place to entertain indoors and out. There is a bathroom and laundry room off to one side for your convenience and that of your guests.
Downstairs there are two master suites that both open onto another full length patio area. At one end of the house is the pool, and at the other end a patio area that is perfect for barbecuing and relaxing surrounded by tropical forest.
The owners lived in the home full time for several years, but this year when it was put up for sale they began to rent it as a short term rental. The calendar quickly filled with reservations due to its convenient location, light/airy design, and amenities mentioned above.
If you want to be here full time, this home offers easy access to Dominical (10 minutes), San Isidro (55 minutes), Uvita (25 minutes), Quepos (45 minutes) and San Jose (a little over 3 hours).
On the other hand, if you want to come for shorter stays and rent it out while you are not here, it is being managed by an excellent company and bookings are exceeding expectations in its first year.
