With large sliding doors that open out onto the patio from the kitchen, you have optimal natural light and airflow coming into the house. Next to the kitchen is a living area with an L-shaped couch and TV.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed ensuite bathroom, and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are the same size however the room to the left has a door that opens out onto a little patio that overlooks the driveway and the lush jungle.

All 3 bedrooms are equipped with ACs as well as the living area downstairs. There are fans throughout the house as well as outside on the patio.

The front of the house has an electric sliding gate and a big carport that can fit a car and quad. There's an outside shower area which is perfect to clean up after the beach.

The patio has a comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and watch the birds. You will also get to enjoy the howler monkeys, squirrels, and iguanas passing by.

Lastly, there's the pool which is great for cooling off when you're not at the beach, surfing, working on your tan, and just enjoying the downtime.
