All wood doors, windows with stained glass inserts and all of the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms are CEDAR. All High Wood Ceilings are TEAK.
All 4 sets of Patio double doors are equipped with imported Phantom screens, the windows are screened, and the window coverings are Canadian Up/down Blinds on the mountain side, & regular Canadian UP Blinds on the ocean side. The bedroom with Sand colored blinds New November 2021.
Custom Dining room Suite showcases a large table with two legs, each one made from once solid piece of wood with 6 chairs, all custom designed.
The kidney shaped desk from “La Artistica,” is a great option for office space with a view of gardens/mountains & ocean on each side and a metal/glass lamp.
Also above the desk is a Moroccan Fisheye Framed Mirror which reflects the length of the interior.

TWO Generously sized full Master bedroom suites, with Queen size, imported American Pillow-top mattresses, Custom headboards, and night tables.
Double shower ensuites are half tiled with a bamboo theme and built-in seats, the sinks have granite countertops. Note: New dec. 2021 Large Framed Mirrors from Monnry, an exclusive décor shop in San Jose Esczau – plus extra-large sized walk-in / security closets with both a wood door and a black iron gate. Included in each is a dehumidifier with drain plumbed in.
The one Master has walk outs to two covered patios one facing the mountain side and the other the ocean. That Master has a custom wood wardrobe with a double closet area, 4 drawers with a large oil painting above.
The patio on the ocean side has a built-in sink counter with granite counters + replaced faucets and cedar cabinets below for extra storage, plus light/fan. The patio on the mountain side has a simple light but also features an iron gate enclosure with a wood framed top.
POOL and gardens...The iron arbour covered in tropical purple wisteria-type flowers leads into the saline pool(salt like your tears) with a deep end of 2 m, and shallow end 1m. with built-in steps. It is fully tiled in mid blue mosaics with a 7 inches deep, navy & white stylized wave pattern border.
The pool features 6 columns with 3-Australian Shade Sails, 1-largest rectangular + 2 largest triangles, the colours selected to match the villa.
Beneath these shades are two chaise lounges and 2 other poolside chairs.
Red Lipstick Palms reflect nicely in the pool water, + other flowering plants.
The built-in Water Storage Tank, a feature of a Robert Fraser home, ensures you will never be without water should the community water system be shut down for repairs.
The Guest House
The 1-bedroom “casita” has a majestic mountain view, 3pc bathroom, Living room open to Fully equipped kitchen with Fridge/Stove.
Living room features Double French doors as does the Bedroom, both leading to the exterior, covered Dining Patio with light and fan.
Both Living room & Bedroom showcase stained glass half-moons, Heliconias, butterflies/hummingbirds.
All Euro style wooden windows fold back to expose screens with heliconia shaped security bars.
The deep valley is not to be ignored as it houses numerous types of bananas, a plantain, a Peruvian Lemon tree, various Red Plume Gingers, a unique White Torch Ginger, and a favorite - Red African Palm which flowers from October through December. There are also numerous native Jacaranda trees with their vivid purple flowers in February and March.
There are numerous pineapples planted in a semi-circle along the top of the vallery. Plus two types of Coconut Palms.
