The area
Avellanas is long known as one of the jewel beaches of Guanacaste. Historically, it was very difficult to get to because the road were, well, deplorable. However, a project to add a true gravel base has kept it transitable throughout the year and the municipality has shown that it wants Avellanas to grow by fixing the road to almost new condition twice each year. World famous Lola's restaurant is here along with single family homes and a plethora of restaurants and small boutique hotels. Avellanas has electricity, internet, telephone, 4G cel towers, and this property has public water.
