A talented husband and wife duo worked together to design Casa Bambu, and they were inspired by the endless sea, vaulted sky, and giant towering bamboo. Giant bamboo surrounds the exterior of the house, and tastefully accents the 2-story open great room. The entire house features exquisite details, including solid cedar doors and cabinetry throughout, as well as indoor and outdoor solid wood ceilings. Each bathroom features an exotic granite or onyx counter and carved stone sink, as well as accent lighting behind the mirrors. Custom ceramic wall sconces illuminate the evenings with the subtle tranquility of “butterfly” patterns.

With four separate master suites, Casa Bambu provides a private and luxurious experience for each of your guests. The first floor suites overlook the infinity pool, while the second-floor suites feature ocean-view balconies. Each suite possesses its own charms and amenities.

The Café Azul suite is decorated in a light “café au lait” palette, accented with sea blue and white. The basket weave headboard and cabinetry were custom designed. This master bathroom uses lighting underneath its granite countertops for a muted blue-green glow. The bathroom also features a large rain shower and a soaking tub. Your private garden is the perfect place to relax and drink coffee while the giant bamboo sways back and forth.

The Madera y Roca suite features décor in natural greens and beautiful wood and stones, including a dramatic wooden headboard. The master bathroom features beautiful stonework, including a carved granite sink and a spacious 2-person boulder-style tub in your private garden.

Located on the second floor, the Pajora Elegante suite features a private balcony facing the lava rock peninsula of Punta Dominicalito. It exudes elegance with its touches of red and gold. The master bath continues this theme with dark chocolate shower tiles and with gold glass accenting the rain shower and soaking tub. An onyx bowl sink sits on top of the under-lit onyx countertop for an elegant evening glow.

The Hojas Verdes suite is also on the second floor and offers you a stunning view of Manuel Antonio from your private terrace. It’s decorated in different shades of tropical green, using intricate leaf designs on the bedding and green stone accents around the soaking tub and rain shower in the master bath. This room is accented by beautiful cedar wood custom furniture, including the bed frame.

The gourmet kitchen and indoor dining area provide enough room and seating for large dinner parties, yet remains casual-chic enough for everyday comfort. You can relax or entertain, bask in the sun, float in the marble-tile infinity pool, and marvel in the magnificent view. Furnishings include a solid teak dining table, cushioned couch seating, comfortable deck loungers, and an outdoor bar area.
