A large kitchen with an enormous seating area is surrounded by glass which brings in so much light and a direct view to the pool. Here, glimpses of the ocean are had as well. Finally, connected to the kitchen area is a comfortable living space and another living space just outside. Both enjoy ocean and pool views in this masterpiece home.
The Area
Playa Negra has long been known as a respite from the first world among mostly surfers. It is a quiet life free from first world trappings in a rural setting but complete with everything one needs to live comfortably. In the recent years it has become a haven for those wanting to live their dreams and many multimillion dollar homes have been built on the beachfront here which now brings a different kind of tourist. Infrastructure
The development itself is connecting to public water and 100mb fiberoptic internet service. They have 24/7 guard service and a gated entry. Telephone and electricity are in place as well. The development is about two miles out from the paved road to all points including one hour to the Liberia International airport and thirty minutes to both Santa Cruz (county seat) and Tamarindo.
