An easy trail takes you down through an old cacao plantation and primary rainforest to the river where a waterfall crashes into a large swimming hole that is a bit of heaven on earth. From some vantage points in the homes and on the grounds you can see a slice of the Pacific Ocean, not only giving you a tantalizing view of its vastness, but also allowing breezes from the ocean to come right into your home.
The property is less than 10 minutes from Uvita, where you will find restaurants, grocery stores, international schools, banks, mechanics, tour operators and more. Uvita has become the center of gravity for our area and a place where you can find friends of like interests, whether Ticos or foreigners.
