There is ample counter and storage space, plus GE stainless steel appliances including-- a gas stove, energy-efficient refrigerator and dishwasher, plus brush metal fixtures, and dual-basin sink. Whether you’re watching the kids in the swimming pool or taking in the ocean view… washing dishes was never so enjoyable. The laundry room, with separate entrance, holds a Whirlpool washer/dryer and extra room for storage. The ceilings reach 10’ on the lower level and is vaulted on the upper level giving the house an open, spacious feel.
The bedrooms are located upstairs to maximize the ocean and jungle views. The master bedroom is large and home to a king-sized bed, mirrored closets, air conditioning, and LED lighting. The master bathroom offers a large shower and sink finished in coralina stone and rich granite, respectively. Step out through sliding glass doors to the master living area with l-shaped couch and the best view on the property.
On the other side of the second level sits an ocean view bedroom with sliders out to the patio. The room is fitted with double beds, a closet behind mirrored doors, and air conditioning. The second guest bedroom shares a well-lit, tiled full bath with warm granite countertop and a large white basin. The homes come completely furnished including vibrant couches, tables, beds, and artwork… ready to move in or rent to your liking.
Costa Rica living is all about the outdoors, and this home offers ample outdoor living space highlighted by the large, covered pool patio. Whether socializing at the kitchen bar or the hardwood dining table, it’s the ideal area for relaxing. The crystal blue swimming pool measures 10’x20’ and 5’ deep. It is topped with coralina stone and sunshine, but it does enjoy some morning and afternoon shade.
Passing over the engineered footbridge, you come to the two-level guest house. It was built to match the main home in 2019. It has a private split-level design with separate studio suites. The private upper level has all of the amenities your guests will need—large studio bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and kitchen finished in granite, hardwood, and stainless steel appliances—refrigerator, electric cooktop. The balcony offers a private spot to read or relax within the lush jungle. Currently, the caretaker resides in the lower-level suite. A bit smaller in area, it offers a tucked bedroom, full bathroom, living area, and a kitchen. There is a private trail down to a small creek with pleasing cascades that emerge in the rainy season.
The property has a legal concession on the creek that borders the property. This water is pumped up and through a Big Blue sediment and carbon filter system, plus an additional UV bulb. Two large storage tanks hold clean and refreshing drinking water for both houses and the swimming pool. In addition, there is a new public water system running down the main road that the house can connect into when it is ready. It also has two high speed (fiber optic) internet connections of 25mb each that serve the main house and guest house independently.
