Sitting high up on a hill with a private entrance, removed from the hustle and bustle of modern-day life, you’ll feel like you’ve stepped back in time.

Designed to host 20 people comfortably, there are two main villa buildings. One villa has two separate living quarters. One unit has two bedrooms and a kitchen while the other has one bedroom. The second, larger villa has 5 bedrooms with a larger kitchen and combined eating area.

Locally sourced organic fruits & vegetables. The Pavones Yoga Center has a working relationship with local farmers that supply fresh, organic produce. There is an onsite chef that can be hired by the new owners to cook for their guests.

Currently, there are three large water tanks for the facility that are supplied by city water. There is also a natural stream that has fresh drinking water that guests enjoy visiting.
