Up a set of stairs immediately to the left of the entrance is the manager’s studio unit including an ample deck equal in size to the apartment itself with a pleasing view of the jungle. This unit could also be transformed into an additional rental unit.

Principal to the property is the 3 bedroom house that sleeps up to 8 people. It comes complete with its own laundry room, 2 full bathrooms, and an open concept layout encompassing a full service kitchen, dining and living area with sliding glass door access to the central patio. Each bedroom plus the living area is fully equipped with AC. The entrance uses a digitally coded door lock. High ceilings are newly lined with beautiful teak.

The patio surrounding the pool is large and where guests not only enjoy the pool, but an exterior dining area with an enormous typical style Guanacaste wood table under a rancho. One of the luxe gas BBQ’s complete the scene.

At the other side of the pool is the entrance to the studio villa, located directly beneath the manager’s unit. This unit has a brand new kitchenette, king bed, AC, ample closet space, another digitally coded door lock and a view of the pool.

Below the pool patio are two more 2 bedroom villas. Both are spacious, their entrances separated from one another in such a way as to provide complete privacy, and both face the greenery of the impeccably maintained yard and ravine beyond with its several hang out zones complete with hammocks, eating areas, and a second BBQ. The furthest unit along the path has it’s own lovely, roomy patio from where animal watching is highly recommended.

However one very special aspect of these two discrete units is they can be connected via an interior door providing one of the many ways to mix and match the rental possibilities of Jungle Creek. While each of these villas sleeps up to 4 or 5 people, as adjoining units they could also be an entirely unique alternative for a group of 9. Both are also fully equipped with full kitchens, AC, full bathrooms.

With a capacity to sleep up to 19 people plus a manager, located adjacent to a protected ravine with regular visitors such as toucans, macaws, sloths, and all 3 kinds of monkeys, the property offers its owners a terrific variety of options for rental combinations. It is also equipped with a two-car garage, security cameras throughout, a large ‘bodega’ for storage and several washer/dryers, and it’s own website to complete the package.

Jungle Creek is a short walk to the only local waterfall, one of the many features making this vacation rental a tremendously popular one with visitors for over a decade. The staff is loyal and exceptionally well trained. A family-run operation with that special personal touch, Jungle Creek would be a literal turnkey business for it’s new owners.
