DYLAN PARK
Dylan’s lifelong connection to Costa Rica’s landscapes and ocean shaped his path into luxury real estate. Raised between Costa Rica and Hawaii, he developed a strong respect for coastal living, entrepreneurship, and community. After earning a degree in Business Administration on a baseball scholarship, Dylan returned to Costa Rica in 2006, where he led family and independent ventures that deepened his local expertise and cultural fluency.
Building on this foundation, Dylan transitioned into luxury real estate and quickly became a top-producing agent. A certified Coldwell Banker Global Luxury specialist, he ranks among the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents worldwide and is an active member of NAR (the National Association of REALTORS®) and CRGAR (the Costa Rica Global Association of REALTORS®). Based in Dominical, Dylan remains closely involved in the region’s growth, with a continued focus on development, conservation, and delivering strong results for his clients.
