Daveed Hollander is the President of the Master Franchisor for Coldwell Banker Costa Rica; Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Vesta Group; and a leading luxury real estate professional in Costa Rica’s South Pacific. With over 20 years of experience, he has led record-setting sales along the Ballena Coast and represented some of the region’s most significant beachfront and development properties.
Specializing in luxury, commercial, and hospitality real estate, Daveed is a National Association of Realtors® member, Certified International Property Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Million Dollar Guild member. She also works with buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Costa Rica.
