Daveed Hollander is the President of the Master Franchisor for Coldwell Banker Costa Rica; Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Coldwell Banker Vesta Group; and a leading luxury real estate professional in Costa Rica’s South Pacific. With over 20 years of experience, he has led record-setting sales along the Ballena Coast and represented some of the region’s most significant beachfront and development properties.

JOSE GONZÁLEZ
Chef José González, culinary visionary behind Al Mercat and a consultant to leading luxury hotels in Costa Rica, brings his refined hospitality background to the highlands of Dota. After leaving a career in law, José trained at Le Cordon Bleu Paris, spending six years in Europe developing a technique-driven, ingredient-focused, and sustainability-minded approach to gastronomy.
Upon returning to Costa Rica, he founded Al Mercat and later relocated to the Zona de los Santos, where he led Cedrela Eco Lodge and continued championing high-altitude produce and experiential hospitality. Now a resident of Copey and part of Coldwell Banker Vesta Group, José blends deep local knowledge with hospitality and development expertise, helping clients identify exceptional mountain properties with the warmth and perspective of a true Dota local.
