In-between the different creeks are wide open gentle rolling cattle pastures that can be developed as living spaces with views looking out over the surrounding area. From the upper area of the land distant blue water views of the Pacific and Cano Island can be seen.
This ranch connects to 3 other smaller ranches all under 100 acres that share the same physical features, river frontage, and blue water views of the Pacific also. The 4 properties together would own that area of the mountain and make a very private segregation of smaller ranches.
