B&B Ecolodge Potential in Puerto Jimenez, Osa Peninsula
17 Bed|16 Bath|10,764 ft²
Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas
LOCATION: Osa Peninsula, Puntarenas
Today's featured listing is brand new to the market. It is a luxury hotel on the best swimming beach of the Osa Peninsula, freshly built, never operated, ready to open its doors to teaming volumes of ecotourists eager for a stunning sun and sand destination in one of the world's premier travel destinations: Colorful Costa Rica!
We have FIVE one story villas, each with separate entrance, private bathroom, upscale fittings and furnishings, each one with a different layout of beds. And we have FOUR two story family villas, three with kitchen and bathrooms on both levels, one of them without a kitchen but facing the courtyard and pool and steps from the restaurant and bar.
The main common building has an open air restaurant and bar, reception area, conference center, spa and massage center, commercial kitchen, second floor lounging area with bar, swimming pool, tiled deck, and a THIRD bar by the pool: after all, you can't have too many drinking spots in paradise.
The hotel is built on titled land and bounds the maritime zone land that has its own use permit and bounds the sandy shores of the Golfo Dulce, the tenth deepest gulf in the world and, per Jacques Cousteau, one of only four tropical fjords in the world. The waves are great for body surfing, not quite long enough for actual surfing, and the beach is sandy sand, not rocks, no shoals, no reef, just sand, miles and miles of it.
The ownership has another hotel in the mountains and upon the arrival of Covid, decided against trying to operate two hotels. So, they put the completed construction on the market for someone else to capitalize on the beach ecotourism market of the Osa. It will be up to you to get the operating permits, sanitary, liquor license, business license, but that's a cakewalk, and we will help you through that and guarantee that outcome.
These rooms are in the luxury end of the spectrum so to charge room rates of $150-400 depending on the model and party size, per night. Plus dial in revenues from restaurant and bar, eco tours, and ecotourism referrals.
This business opportunity is unique as it has never been open to the public and does not even yet have a name. Make it yours; put your imprimatur on it, and craft it according to your preferences from the ground up.
