The Space

Casita Pacifico features 2 bedrooms. The newly renovated shared family-style bathroom has a large shower with double shower heads. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and the second bedroom has a bunk bed with a Queen on the bottom and a single on the top. Modern indoor/outdoor living space in the middle of the jungle and close to the ocean. American-style kitchen with an island, family room with Apple TV, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The bedrooms each have their own air-conditioning and lots of closet space. The master bedroom has a hard safe. There is an outdoor shower.

The land of Casita Pacifico inhabits 819 m2 of property in South Guiones with a 100-foot Guanacaste tree (the magical local tree) in the middle. Casita Pacifico is perfect for a family looking for a long-term home close to the beach and close enough to town but with total privacy. Our beloved property manager concierge offers assistance prior to and during your stay including the opportunity for babysitting, cooking, grocery shopping, and more.

The housekeeper is there 3 days per week cleaning the home and she offers laundry services at no additional cost. Beds are turned over once per week and towels are laundered regularly.

Guest Access

We recommend renting an ATV, SUV, or golf cart to get around. It's a 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach. We often walk. It takes 10 minutes through the jungle on the dirt roads. Everything you need to do can be reached by golf cart or ATV unless you plan to go up in the mountains and around the area. If that's the case, we recommend an SUV. Once you book, our Property Management Concierge we will send you our resources with our recommendations to help support your stay.

Other details

We provide pool towels and bathroom towels. Beach towels are not provided as they are not really used in Nosara. It's all about getting salty and mucky at the beach and coming home for a nice outdoor jungle shower.
We provide hand soap, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom and a diffuser and essential oils in each bedroom. We also provide the first round of basics for the home - paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dish pellets, coffee, etc.
