Location is everything! You are nestled in the quiet, prestigious Pelada neighborhood:
-Beach Access: Only a 4-minute walk to Playa Pelada.
-Dining: An easy 8-minute walk to Nosara’s best spots, including the famous restaurants La Luna (for beachfront sunsets), El Chivo, and Sunrise or just a short 5 min golf cart drive from Guiones Beach, restaurants, and shops
-Vibe: Quiet, safe, and surrounded by nature, yet close enough to the Guiones hustle when you want it.
Guests have access to the entire compound. Just a 4-minute stroll to the white sands of Pelada Beach, you are perfectly positioned to catch every sunset and world-class surf break.
Each of the two casitas offers a bright, airy sanctuary:

- 1 King Size Bed in the Casita
- 1 Queen Size Bed in the Studio
Living: Each unit features its own cozy lounge area with a sofa, boho-chic textiles, and vaulted ceilings that create a sense of immense space. The Casita has its own Smart TV.
Each cozy villa has its own fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stovetop, coffee maker, and microwave. Perfect for cooking a fresh-caught fish by the beach.
Each casita has AC and fans.
-The heart of the property is the beautifully landscaped courtyard, designed for total relaxation with a refreshing turquoise pool.
-You can also relax on the wooden lounge chairs or retreat to the covered ranchito/BBQ area, featuring a high-end stainless steel grill and a tropical bamboo ceiling.
-Enjoy Al Fresco dining, since each casita features its own private patio with an outdoor dining set, ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
- Enjoy the tropical Costa Rican vibe, since you will be surrounded by lush palms and travelers' trees, the fully fenced property offers total privacy and a true jungle-modern vibe.
Please note that each bedroom has separate accesses, since they are separate casitas, be mindful for families with small children.
House Rules
* After your beach adventures, rinse off the sand using the outdoor shower located on the right side of the main entrance to preserve our septic system.
* Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; please be respectful of other residents.
* When using the AC, please ensure bedroom doors are closed to prevent system issues.
* We are located in the driest area in the country so we kindly ask for saving water.
*No pets.
*Pets are not permitted on the property; unless discussed and approved by the Owner. Exceptions are rare because outdoor spaces are shared.
*This is a NON-SMOKING Property. Smoking inside the house is cause for termination of rental without a refund.
*Parties or events are not permitted. We ask that guests keep the noise down after 9 pm.
*Guests are not authorised to host classes, ceremonies, or other business endeavours involving paying customers or other third parties.
*Towels or linens shall not be taken from the house for any reason.
*Property Managers will not rent to Guests under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.
*Premises shall be maintained in a clean and responsible condition including the outside grounds.
*Leave the kitchen door closed so the animals do not enter to look for food.
*At Check-out, all debris, rubbish, and discards shall be placed in the trash, dishes shall be washed and the refrigerator shall be emptied and cleaned. $50.00 charge to the Guest for left behind trash, dirty dishes, and/or dirty refrigerator.
*All keys shall be returned and safes left open ($200 lost safe key charge; $20 charge for loss of any key other than safe key).
*All charges accrued during the stay shall be paid prior to departure.
*Guests shall not sublease.
*Guests shall secure and protect their valuables.
*The swimming pool is not gated or supervised. Children must be supervised at all times; the pool does not have a shallow section
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted by email to the booking agent.
Cancellations made at least 90 days before the Check-in Date will be charged a $300 Cancellation Fee and refunded all remaining monies. Cancellations made within 30-90 days before the Check-in Date will receive a 50% refund of the funds paid. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to Check-in Date will forfeit all monies paid.
In the event the cancelled room is rebooked, reimbursement will be made to the Guest and the Guest will only be charged the $300 cancellation fee. There are no refunds given of any kind for early checkout. A $300 USD Cancellation Fee applies to ALL cancellations made after 48 hours from the time that the Reservation was confirmed.
If the Guest is unable to travel due to Governmental Border closure, the owner will grant a full refund on the rental. The $300 cancellation fee will apply. Clients are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance to protect themselves against cancellations.
