The Space
Casa Pacifico features 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a newly renovated (2021) large private ensuite bathroom and a private entrance from the pool. Each of the other two bedrooms can be either 2 twins or a king. They share a newly renovated (2021) family-style bathroom and also have their own private entrances from the pool. Modern indoor/outdoor living space in the middle of the jungle and close to the ocean. Outdoor saltwater pool. American-style kitchen with an island, family room with Apple TV, large food pantry, 2-piece powder room, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The bedrooms each have their own air-conditioning, a closet, safe, and each of the bedrooms has its own entrance from the pool with a private key for each room. There is a surfboard locker room to store surfboards.
Casa Pacifico inhabits 20,000 square feet of property in South Guiones with a 100-foot Guanacaste tree (the magical local tree) in the middle. Casa Pacifico is perfect for family trips. Our beloved property manager concierge offers assistance prior to and during your stay including the opportunity for babysitting, cooking, grocery shopping, and more.

Guest Access
We recommend renting an ATV or a golf cart to get around. It's a 5-minute golf cart ride to the beach. We often walk. It takes 10 minutes through the jungle on the dirt roads. Everything you need to do can be reached by golf cart or ATV unless you plan to go up in the mountains and around the area. If that's the case, we recommend an SUV. Once you book, our Property Management Concierge will send you our resources with our recommendations to help support your stay.
Other Details
We provide pool towels and bathroom towels. Beach towels are not provided as they are not really used in Nosara. It's all about getting salty and mucky at the beach and coming home for a nice outdoor jungle shower.
We provide a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in every bathroom and a diffuser and essential oils in each bedroom. We also provide the first round of basics for the home - paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, dish pellets, coffee, etc.
With young kids please note the property consists of two buildings and not all the bedrooms are interconnected.

-November 15-19, 2023: $550 night // $3,850 week
-November 19-26: $1,200 night // $8,400 week
-November 27-December 23, 2023: $550 night // $3,850 week
-December 24-January 7, 20224: $1,200 night // $8,400 week
-January 7-April 30, 2023: $550 night // $3,850 week
-May 1-July 23, 2024: $450 night // $3,150 week
