It is ideal for large or multiple families, groups of friends or entertaining guests. The villa has beautifully landscaped grounds with lush gardens. You can hear the surf, watch monkeys, birds and other wildlife, right from the large backyard.
The property is located on a quiet end street but still only a few steps away from the busy center of Playa Guiones with its many restaurants and shops. You can walk to Beach Dog Café, Harbor Reef Hotel, Olas Verdes, multiple yoga studios and Harmony Hotel within minutes as well as Agua Tibia surf school and others.
Facing the covered front entrances, to the right is the two-bedroom “Master Suite”. The ground floor bedroom offers space for up to four guests with a king bed and a set of twins over twin bunk beds as well as a full bathroom. The bedroom opens directly to the back patio and swimming pool. Adjacent the ground floor bedroom is a large living area and a completely renovated kitchen complete with large island, comfortable furniture, a swing, and breakfast nook. The master bedroom upstairs is equipped with another full bathroom, walk-in closet, desk space for two, king bed, a day bed for an extra person or child, and private balcony overlooking the pool with a hammock.
In the center of Villa Belitza on the ground floor is the “Studio” apartment with a full bathroom, king bed, day bed with trundle and sliding doors opening to the outdoor living space.
The entrance on the left leads into the third unit “Junior Suite”. The ground floor has a full kitchen with breakfast bar, large family room with 37” flat screen TV, and sliding doors opening to the outdoor living area and swimming pool. One-fold out couch can be used as an additional bed. The large bedroom upstairs has a queen bed, another full bath and offers an additional private lanai overlooking the pool and a hammock and sitting area.
All rooms are equipped with super quiet AC units and ceiling fans. You will love the beds; all queen and king beds have luxury pillow top foam mattresses. A centrally located utility room has a washer and dryer available for all guests. Wireless broadband internet access covers the whole house.
The house has an alarm system installed throughout and all rooms have built-in safes for your laptop or other valuables. The property is also is also monitored by a security company with a guard stationed at the property from 5:30 to 9:30 nightly.
Local cooks are available on request that specializes in preparing authentic dishes using locally sourced ingredients (especially fish caught during an outing!). Available for breakfast/lunch or dinner. Guest services will also be happily coordinate surfing lessons, excursions with trusted and vetted operators as well as airport pick-ups and drop-offs.
This property rents only from Saturday - Saturday.
