Dos Mares is located in the Heart of the Nosara Beaches Area (South Pelada & North Guiones). The house is ideal for a group, yoga, fitness, or surf retreat. Located just steps from the beachfront La Luna Restaurant, an idyllic setting for weddings, fitness, and family getaways. Steps from La Luna Restaurant, the area's most sought beachfront restaurant.

Dos Mares is nestled in the jungle behind Playa Guiones' iconic north point; an 8-minute jungle trail walk will take you to the quiet north end of Playa Guiones while it's only 2 minutes from the breathtaking sunsets of Playa Pelada. The house highlights outdoor living with open-air dining and community spaces in addition to offering a pool, outdoor rancho, gym, offices, and plenty of lounging space. There are 6 fully outfitted bedrooms, three are downstairs and three are upstairs. Each room is furnished, has A/C, and has its own private bathroom and shower.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION
First floor (6-10 guests):
Rooms 1, and 2 have 2 double beds each. Room 6 has one double bed.

Second floor (6 guests)
Rooms 3, 4, and 5 can be set up as one king or two twins each.

RATES
Low season(May, Sep-Oct): $4500/week + tax
High Season: $5000/week + tax
Thanksgiving/Easter: $7,500 + tax
Holidays: $10,000/week + tax
+ Security Deposit

Weekly stays include one cleaning mid-way through. Additional cleanings and laundry for guests can be arranged at an extra cost.
Breakfasts or dinners can also be arranged at additional cost as well as any other concierge services.
