The spacious South Master bedroom on the first floor is in its own quiet area of ​​the house and is perfect for those who like to minimize the use of stairs. Brand new organic mattress and high end bedding, it also has a new big screen TV, walk-in closet, a Master bathroom with double sink and a walk in shower.

The Living room area boasts comfort and style, and has a new big screen TV/sound system and air conditioning. The Kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances and high end kitchenware, Breville espresso machine, vitamix, juicer, dyson etc..

Behind the Kitchen, there is a very big laundry/pantry/ storage room, with Brand new washer and dryer. Eco friendly and organic cleaning products/Laundry detergent.
